AI & AutomationBeta - Invite Only

WhatsApp Call AI Agent

An AI voice agent that answers and places WhatsApp calls.

Customers ring the same number they message on, and the agent picks up. It speaks, listens, uses the same tools as your chat agent, and passes the call to a person when the conversation calls for one. Voice is currently in beta, by invitation.

The queue nobody staffs

Calls arrive while the team is asleep, at lunch, or three tickets deep. The caller hears a ring-out, sends a message instead, and then repeats the whole story to whoever replies hours later. Half of those calls were a booking confirmation, an order status or a payment reminder — work that never needed a person on the line.

What you get

Inbound and outbound

Answer calls that come into your WhatsApp number, and place outbound ones for reminders, confirmations and follow-ups. One agent, both directions.

Tools during the call

The agent can look up an order, check a calendar, update a record or send a WhatsApp message while the caller is still on the line, so nobody waits for a callback.

Transfer to a person

When a call goes past its scope, it moves to an agent with a summary and everything already collected sitting in the inbox. The customer does not start again from the top.

Transcripts and review

Every call is transcribed and stored beside the customer's chat history. Read what was actually said, then tighten the agent's instructions where it went wide.

How it works

  1. 1

    Request beta access

Voice is invite-only while we work with early customers, so the first step is asking for access.

  2. 2

    Give it a job

Define the call types it handles, the tools it may use, and the point at which it must transfer.

  3. 3

    Run it live

Point inbound calls at the agent, schedule the outbound ones, and review transcripts each week.
