Multilingual Support

Answer every customer in the language they wrote in.

One customer writes in Arabic, another in Hindi, a third in French. The language is detected on the first message and the whole conversation stays in it — automated replies, flow steps, templates and your agent's side of the thread.

Hiring is not a language strategy

Opening a new market usually means finding someone who speaks the language, then covering their hours, then repeating the exercise for the next market. Until that happens, a Gulf Arabic question gets an English reply, or waits a day for the one colleague who can answer it. Pasting every message into a translation tab is not a system either.

What you get

Language detection

The first message sets the language for the thread and is saved on the contact. No menu asking customers to choose, and no wrong guess based on a country code.

Replies in kind

Automated answers, AI responses and flow steps come back in the customer's language, with the register that language expects rather than a literal rendering of your English script.

Translation for agents

Agents read incoming messages in their own language and reply in it; the customer sees theirs. The original text stays on screen for anyone who wants to check it.

Per-language flows and templates

Keep an approved template and a flow variant for each language you serve, so campaigns and broadcasts land in wording you signed off rather than a machine translation made at send time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick your languages

Choose the languages you want covered and the fallback for everything else.

  2. 2

    Add the variants

Write a template and flow version per language, or start from the automatic translation and edit it.

  3. 3

    Let it route

Incoming messages are detected, answered in kind, and translated for whichever agent picks them up.
