Native WhatsApp Pay
Send a payment request in chat. India only.
In India, a customer can pay you without leaving the conversation. An agent raises a payment request from the team inbox, or a chatbot flow raises it automatically, and the customer settles it with WhatsApp Pay or any UPI app. Confirmation comes back into the thread, so the flow carries on.

Where chat sales go quiet
The usual pattern is a payment link, a switch to a browser, a bank page, and then silence. Someone on your team has to check a dashboard and message the customer to ask whether the money went through, which is slow for one order and unworkable for a hundred. Meanwhile the bot has no idea it has been paid, so it cannot move the conversation forward on its own.
What you get
Request from the inbox
An agent enters the amount and a reference, and the request appears in the chat as a native payment message. No copied links, no separate invoicing tool.
Request from a bot flow
Drop a payment step into any chatbot flow so the request is raised the moment the cart is confirmed, at any hour, without an agent involved.
Automatic confirmation
The payment result is captured and written back to the conversation and the contact record. The flow continues on its own once the payment clears.
Gateway links elsewhere
Outside India, the same flows collect money through payment gateway links from providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, Paystack and others.
How it works
- 1
Enable payments on the number
Set up in-chat payments on your WhatsApp Business account, subject to the eligibility rules that apply in your market.
- 2
Raise the request
Send it manually from the team inbox or add a payment step inside a chatbot flow.
- 3
Let the flow continue
Once confirmation arrives, the bot moves to fulfilment, booking or whatever step comes next.
