Mini Apps
Your CRM, open beside the conversation.
The quickest way to slow an agent down is to make them open a second system mid-conversation. Mini Apps put your CRM record in a panel beside the chat, where it can be read, edited and logged against without a tab switch. Your own internal tools can sit in the same panel.

The second browser tab
An agent is mid-conversation and needs the deal stage. They open the CRM in another tab, search the phone number, read the record, come back — and two new messages are waiting. Do that forty times a day and you lose an hour to tab-switching alone, while the CRM quietly stops being updated at all.
What you get
CRM in the side panel
Connect Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, LeadSquared, EspoCRM or Attio, and the matching record opens next to the chat, keyed to the contact you are talking to.
Read and write, not read-only
Move a deal stage, log a call, add a note or create a follow-up task from the panel. The change is written straight back into your CRM.
Embed your own app
Any internal web app — an order lookup, a dispatch tool, a policy checker — can be registered as a mini app and shown in the same panel.
Keys stay with your workspace
Each workspace connects its own CRM account. The inbox host never holds tenant CRM keys, so access stays scoped to the workspace that granted it.

Your app is handed the whole conversation
When the panel opens, the app receives the context it needs to be useful immediately: who the contact is, their number, the staff member assigned, and every custom field on the record. Incoming messages arrive as events, so the app can react while the conversation is still happening.
- Contact name, number and assigned staff on load
- Custom fields travel with the context
- New messages and assignment changes arrive as events

And it can act back on the platform
A mini app is not a read-only window. From inside the panel it can deep-link into the rest of Libromi and change things: tag the contact, add them to a group, send a message or offer the agent a suggested reply, raise a payment link, or set a filter on the queue.
- Tag, group and update the contact record
- Send a message, or suggest one for the agent to approve
- Generate a payment link without leaving the thread

Apps can add their own controls to the inbox
An installed app is not confined to the side panel. It can put quick actions in the message composer, open a popup, or present a structured form whose answers are passed straight back to the app — so an agent completes the task without changing screens.
- Quick actions beside the composer
- Popups and structured forms triggered from the thread
- Form data is passed back to the app on submit

Ready-made apps, or bring your own
The CRMs most teams already run are available as installable apps. If the system you depend on is not in the catalogue, a mini app is a normal web app embedded in the panel — build it against the context and actions above, and our team will help you get it in.
- Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, LeadSquared, EspoCRM, Attio and Google Sheet CRM
- Install per workspace, no tenant CRM keys held by the host
- Custom apps supported, with help from our team
How it works
- 1
Pick an app
Choose your CRM from the mini apps catalogue, or register your own web app with its URL.
- 2
Connect your account
Authorise the app against your own CRM account so records are read and written under your workspace's credentials.
- 3
Open it beside a chat
The panel appears next to every conversation and shows the record that matches the contact you have open.
